We are experiencing rapid client growth and an expanding pipeline. We forecast our bandwidth, from a quality approach, to exceed our clients’ needs without compromising quality. As a result, we are looking to continue building our base of instructional designers, quality specialists, and measurement and evaluation experts.
Initially, our team works on a 1099/contract, based on your bandwidth and our fluctuating needs. The ideal candidate is connected to our promise (covenant) to exceed our client’s training goals.
Additionally, there are opportunities to grow with us as we expand our offerings and develop regional and international leadership opportunities.

- Strong instructional design skills in scripted instructor-led and eLearning (Instructional Designer)
- Willingness to learn performance improvement and quality techniques/tools

- Ability to understand analytics, data, and project management
- Ability to understand training models
- Strong technological skills for remote work and ability to learn new systems/software quickly
- An undergraduate degree with master's level preferred
