Jason brings his BA in Liberal Arts with a focus on Communications and Business and an M.A. in Theological Studies (in progress in order to better nourish the foundational soil of our Christian faith), combined with his Quality Expert certification, to your organization to drive the performance improvement solution, integrated with training.
Mandy transitioned from her own consulting firm (owned for 14 years) where she has been developing and delivering training (in-person, blended, and online) and providing management consulting services for Federal government, corporate, international non-governmental organization, church, and nonprofit clients. She has experience in Big-4 management consulting, business and ministry coaching, training development and delivery, teaching and public speaking, project management (PMP certified), organizational leadership and development, change management, and vocational and non-vocational leadership at mega-churches and nonprofits. Guide to Training: Co-found Mandy Grant was on the team who developed the Guide to Training (named on page 7). She continues to be instrumental in building out the training for the training lifecycle to support learning professionals, particularly in emerging markets. Covenant Consulting global and regional consultants benefit from the training on the GLC and use the Guide to Training as their basis for training methodology and skills.

In every phase of our consulting methodology, Covenant Consulting utilizes Quality Covenant Leadership (QCL) methodology for our processes and effectiveness measurement for our integrated consulting approach on driving our clients' God-given purpose forward.
QCL is a fact-based explorative quality process, based on President and Co-founder’s certification through American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Quality Driven Management (QDM) Expert. Jason gives a special thanks for the experience gained with the management, teams, and clients of FedEx. We know that our clients' leadership, training, employees, and metrics must align to drive their purpose, so our approach integrates these.
Covenant Consulting wanted to create a customized approach to quality and performance improvement that could be applied to any organization to drive their God-given purpose. From this desire and President and Co-founder Jason Grant’s certification through American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Quality Driven Management (QDM) Expert, Covenant Consulting developed their Quality Covenant Leadership methodology. He attained his QDM Expert certification during his 17-year tenure at FedEx Corporation, which is one of the most admired companies in the world (Fortune). His Quality certification is based on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Baldrige, and ISO.
